I have a fairly small mouth, and at first I thought that this gag would be too big, but to my pleasure it can just be squeezed in (what one might call a perfect fit). The strap is perhaps a little large, but the smallest hole is nice and tight.

My wife and I bought this as our first gag some time ago, and it does the job perfectly.

Tasteless, and not too big, my wife’s managed to keep me silenced whilst bound for 2 hours before. It fills the mouth quite well while not overstressing the jaw.

The only downside is perhaps it’s appearance. I can only liken it to a baby’s dummy, so for the other person it’s not much of a turn on to see, compared to a ball gag for instance. For the wearer, however, it’s wonderful! Breathing isn’t much of a problem which helps, but speaking really is. And drooling is not optional

The straps could be a little too long for people with smaller heads – the two velcro areas might not quite overlap, meaning you can’t fasten it tightly (if that’s how you want it).

Very easy to clean, I really can’t fault this gag. If you’re worried that a ball gag might be too big, this is an excellent starting point!

I bought this as a taster to BDSM and too see if at least I will like the style of pleasure it has to offer.

First off, I found this Japanese Love Rope very soft compared to what I thought it would feel like. Second, the ball itself didn’t smell horrible or of rubber etc, no worries there. Third’s a charm…
